“Perfect in all ways!!!!!”

Perfect location to explore all Toscan sites. 30 km to Pisa 40 toF Forence by train. The Hostess Eulalia was extremely hospitable, she speak communicative English. Breakfast was excellent, no buffet but a good variety of sweet and non sweet stuff. The kitchen was open all the time. I The room and especially public spaces are filled aith local flavor, pictures, albums, decoratio s which create a really cozy atmosphere. Shower in the bathroom was comfortable, so was heating in the room. Small bedside lamps make nice atmosphere in the room. Very good TV service with streaming services such as Netflix. Ample free parking space, garden, and a beautiful view compliment the wonderfulexperience. On top of that beautiful cats accompany your breakfast. Everything was perfect.

Good selection at breakfast and done to suit our taste. The room was comfortable and clean and the much needed air conditioning in a very hot spell was quiet enough to sleep at night. Parking is on hard standing in the front garden and is secure as the property has an electronic gate.

The accommodation was exceptional. Clean and beautiful room, stunning view, comfy bed. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide range of both savory and sweet dishes, all prepared by the host. They are responsive through WhatsApp and gave us valuable information. Overall, the best stay we had in Tuscany.

Everything was as described and more... Cleanliness everywhere. Very kind and helpful hosts. They also gave directions to the attractions. Very tasty breakfast. We were looking for an authentic Tuscan atmosphere and we got it here. Thank you very much for your hospitality! We will definitely stay here if we return to Tuscany.

The host was fantastic, gentle and informative, Always ready to help. The location is very good, close to the nice historical centre of Santa Maria a Monte and surronded by nice Tuscan villages. You can reach Florence, Pisa and Lucca in a very short time.

An ideal accommodation for visiting Tuscany: Florence, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca (less than an hour away), and La Spezia (Cinque Terre) and Siena are within 1.30 h. Spacious and clean room, equipped with everything you need. Extremely friendly hosts, delicious breakfast, and the terrace and the view where you can have a glass of wine in the evening is simply fairytale-like.

We were very satisfied. The host was really very pleasant and make as wanderful breakfast. Even on the last day, when we have to go at very early hour, she made us a breakfast to take with us.

“A nice stay at Santa Maria a Monte”

The property is located in a beautiful mountain village a few km outside Pisa. We found the property easily by car. It has a private automatic entrance/door, a very nice yard where you can park your car and an awesome view. The room we stayed in was a comfortable spacious room for 4 people with a private bathroom. Inside the room there is a small refrigator and there are also soap and shampoo in the bathroom, as well as free bottles of water. On request I had an iron for clothes during our whole staying. Great big TV with NETFLIX. You can also use the big kitchen of the property any time of the day to prepare your own meals. It has everything. The hostess Mrs. Ilaria was super friendly. She speaks english fluently. Every morning she prepared us a great Italian breakfast and gave us information about all the places around. The first day we enjoyed the breakfast outside on the terrace and the view from there was outstanding. The place is ideal for someone who wants to visit the surrounding areas by car as everything is nearby. Lucca,San Miniato e Peccioli, Volterra, San Gimignano and Pisa are less than half an hour by car from there and Firenze is almost an hour. You can enjoy the whole Tuscan from there. I strongly recommend it!

This was one of the best experiences that we as a family had. Location, cleanliness and especially the hospitality were all on the highest level. We loved the breakfasts, the variety and quality of the food, but most of all, the interaction that you get with the family is just perfect. They helped with a lot of tips when it came to the local foods and with some sightseeing locations. Overall, would highly recommend!

It is a very comfortable villa in a beautiful location 👍🏻 It is located between such cities as Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Porto de Pisa and Vinci. We are very thankful for the hospitality, kindness, great breakfast (TOP!!!) and emotions that we’ve got here 🤩 We spent here 6 great days. Thanks a lot for a great time!!

“I have nothing, but positives things to say about my overall experience.”

The villa is not only beautifully decorated on the inside, but also offers a breathtaking view of the village. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff were really kind and friendly and were always eager to help us out. Furthermore, the breakfast that they would make for us was delicious and freshly prepared. There are parking places in the garden. Location is very suitable for daily trips to the most famous places in Toskana.

Very nice rooms with great attention to detail in decoration throughout the whole premise. Breakfast was excellent while Italian style very rich in selection. The gentleman looking after us was very well looking after us. The small city the B&B is located is scenic and worth a walk.
