“Absolutely Stunning Villa - Geat Experience”
The Villa has exceeded our expectations with its stunning views, big pool, gorgeous high standard design interior with attention to detail, comfy beds, daily room service and yummy breakfast. Oscar and Steffano were exceptional hosts looking after our comfort. We were a bigger group and truly felt like at home. I have appreciated Oscar's and Steffano's generosity to arrange a traditional Sicilian cake for my birthday and treat us to Limoncelo. Our stay and birthday celebration was just perfect thank to the hosts. Highly recommended for a retreat holidays or get togethers!

Villa Flavia is in lovely countryside with wonderful sea views and beautiful gardens. The breakfast was very nice with a good selection of items and very pleasant terrace to eat it on with views of the surrounding countryside and sea. There is a nice well maintained pool, with sunbeds. The owners, Stefano and Oscar were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautifully furnished, as is the whole villa. I really enjoyed the garden and relaxed atmosphere of the whole place.

beautiful location, decorated with taste and having a very familiar feel to it. near de sea, perfect to go for a little swim. private parking, friendly and helpful hosts, super breakfast and the terrasse has the best view for the aperitif in the evening.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful. It is perfectly tucked away in a secluded and tranquil location, offering breathtaking, panoramic views of both the sea and the mountains. The interior of the villa is a beautiful blend of authentic charm and modern style. Our room was equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay: the underfloor heating was a cozy touch, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was both spacious and well-designed. Having a coffee maker and a kettle right in the room was also very convenient for a slow morning. Each morning, a lovely breakfast was served in the communal living area. There was a great variety of savory and sweet snacks, along with a wide selection of beverages including tea, coffee, and juices. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the host and his family. They are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We are so grateful to them for such a magnificent vacation. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The place is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The owners are truly wonderful people, incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. Their hospitality made the whole experience even better. “Beautiful Weekend Getaway”
Our stay at VFH Villa Flavia was absolutely wonderful. The owners & B&B managers Stefano & Oscar were super friendly and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. They were very helpful and shared some great recommendations😊 They serve a delicious spread for breakfast, and the villa itself is absolutely gorgeous!

Villa Flavia is exceptional! Beautifully, tastefully decorated in a peaceful location. Stefano is a great host - friendly, helpful and he communicated well. The photos of the villa on booking.com do not fully capture the true beauty. Breakfast was delicious!

The location is absolutely stunning — perched above the sea with breathtaking views that invite you to slow down and soak in the beauty of nature. The B&B is tastefully styled, embracing a unique philosophy of slow living. It feels like staying at your Sicilian grandmother’s home — warm, authentic, and full of charm. Each morning, you can enjoy a hearty continental breakfast on the terrace with a panoramic view. During the day, relax by the pool, read one of the many books in the cozy soggiorno, sip tea or coffee, and truly disconnect. Rooms are spotless, cleaned daily, and well equipped with everything you might need. The host is always available and incredibly kind — we received a helpful list of nearby restaurants and activities. If you have a car, you’ll find many scenic spots and beaches just a short drive away. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, love nature, and want to feel at home while exploring Sicily — this place is a true treasure. Can’t recommend it enough!

A very nice place with a great location 50 meters from the ocean and had a small swimming pool. The owners were really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good for Italian standards with a great variety and the owner made a good cappuccino. The ocean view from the breakfast terrace was amazing and it felt like an oasis amongst the hillsides. The minibar was stocked and there was complimentary water and coffee in the room. There were things you only expect at hotels such as extra pillows and hotel toiletries. The owners sent a list of recommended restaurants on WhatsApp which was very helpful
