We are absolutely in love with this place 💙 After a long search, choosing this villa turned out to be one of the best decisions – and we did not regret it for a second. There are three villas, and I’m sure all of them are beautiful inside, but if you care about views and atmosphere – choose the blue villa. The view of the sea, the mountains and the surrounding landscape is simply breathtaking 🌊⛰️ We stayed as a family – with our newborn baby – and everything was perfect. The villa is spacious, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a comfortable living area with a kitchen. Everything was clean, well-organized and thoughtfully prepared. The terrace is something truly special – we spent so much time there. Honestly, the place feels even more valuable than what we paid for ✨ Every morning we woke up to exactly what we came to Sicily for – and even more 🍋🌿 The view over the orange and lemon gardens with the mountains in the background is unforgettable. The pool area may not be the most aesthetic, but the surroundings make up for it completely. We visited in March, and it was incredibly peaceful – birds, wind, silence… pure relaxation 🤍 There is also a small fishing village within a 15-minute walk, with local shops and cafés – perfect for a relaxed stroll. And one more must-do: visit the restaurant Can Caus just 2 minutes from the villa. Open in the evenings only – but oh my… the atmosphere and the menu are unforgettable 🍷✨ Highly recommended – we would come back without hesitation 💫

“Great spot for a family holiday.”

We had 2 of 3 villas, really well laid out for an extended family holiday. Lots of personal space - to both unwind and enjoy each others company. Check in instructions very clear and people were responsive when we had an issue with hot water. Tastefully decorated and very clean. Access to the beaches/ swimming areas was super.

The Villa is modern and spacious, the beds comfortable and all rooms are well appointed and equipped the views are wonderful from the veranda, the property is very safe and secure and within walking distance of the beach and small villages along the coast where you can stock up on provisions.

Spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment with large dining living room and well equipped kitchen. There is a terraced patio area with dining table, chairs and outdoor sofa. The apartment was secure with x2 security gates opened via a card, which was in a card safe when we arrived, so access was straightforward. If you walked out to the road turned right, then first left, you could walk down to the small beach where there is a small selection of bars/restaurants. The apartment was very quiet.

The villa was lovely....private with great views. The pool area was also really nice. The villa was spacious inside. The bathrooms were great and it has the most amazing restaurant next door that we went to several times. Bedding and towels were clean.

The property was light, spacious, well appointed and everything in the property worked and was in good condition. The views from the veranda were just lovely overlooking the sea and it had a great seating and dining area. The property was very secure and the pool a great bonus during some very hot days. The garden areas were well maintained The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

We struggled a little to find the accommodation but once we were there the instructions given were perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, lovely terrace with all the required facilities. Excellent restaurant next door, a lovely stay.

Stunning location, well equipped for a family. Extremely clean with high quality and attention to detail. Loved the little extras like toiletries and towels. Brilliant outside seating area which is secluded from other guests. Fantastic pool which is well maintained. The host Roberta went over and above and was on hand to give advice on local attractions and activities.

Amazing accommodation near the beach.

Apartment and the patio are very nice. The beds, pillows, bed linen are very comfortable. The view to sea is very beautiful. I was enjoying it every days on morning and evening.

Awa Kafara was gorgeous! Beautifully decorated, fully equipped, extremely comfortable bedrooms, spacious bathrooms and other excellent facilities made for a wonderful base for our holiday in Sicily. We loved the pool and the terrace with a stunning view! The host was lovely and always happy to assist. We had an amazing stay at Awa Kafara. Highly recommend!
