“Beutiful and peaceful one night stay”
The village was beautiful, nearby the sea. The weather was nice and we could enjoy our breakfast outside on 3rd of January! We have chosen the area because we wanted to be close to the airport, without living in Palermo and we really glad we made that choice!

“An okay place to stay the night”
If you have to stay in Santa Flavia, this place will do. The room we stayed in was big but had no personality or charm. Nice location across from a big open park with the sea on the other side. They have a restaurant where we had a good dinner one night. Breakfast is good especially if they make the omelette that morning. We found some of the friendliest people ever in Sicily but the staff here seemed exhausted even before the busy season has started.

“Mismanaged and chaotic but with wonderful staff.”
The staff were the highlight of the property. They were extremely friendly and helpful, and it very much felt like they were keeping the hotel running without much guidance or input from the owners. Thank you to both Priscilla and the young chap whose name I forget for all their help. The bed was very comfortable and the location was close to the seafront and local shops and restaurants.
