Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable apartment with an absolutely stunning balcony view. Waking up there every morning felt special. The location was perfect — peaceful, close to the sea and a great base for exploring the area. Everything made my stay in Santa Flavia truly unforgettable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

“Calm and beautiful”
The Apartment is well located in a calm area directly at the sea but still in walking distance to handsome restaurants and cafés. Everything was very clean and all the needed necessities and more were provided. The view from the Dining table is exceptional.

Everything was perfect. The house is by the sea, the view is amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped, you have everything you need. The owner is really nice :). The beach is one minute from the flat. Highly recommended! If you stay there, you never want to leave

“The most INCREDIBLE host and location. PERFECT!!!”
Maria the host was the most incredible host I have ever had. My family and I have travelled to many countries over the last few years and I cannot emphasise enough how incredible the host was. We had some unfortunate health events, and Maria was absolutely amazing in looking after us during these times. We had the fridge stocked up, snacks and drinks prepared on arrival. Maria had the house absolutely pristine clean and the bedsheets smelt amazing! So comfortable. The location is insane. Right down the stairs is a private beach. The view is breathtaking. The furniture and architecture is stunning and traditional, but still modern facilities. Air conditioning, two bathrooms, balcony, security gate, parking, everything you need for a vacation. The location. The styling. The homeliness. The comfort. The beds. EVERYTHING!! Absolutely stunning. 10/10 recommend.
