I retract my statement about the owner's hospitality. I don't understand why they're so emotionally refuting my complaints when I'm merely stating a factual issue I found inconvenient. Regarding the bathroom, it was merely a request, so are guests not allowed to express their honest opinions? Facts are facts. If you only want to accept reviews that are 10/10, you're not cut out for the service industry. Regarding laundry, I don't use the bathroom sink; I wash it in my own laundry bucket and detergent. Are you not allowed to use water either? If hanging laundry outside is against the rules, why didn't you warn them when you noticed? The seven-minute laundromat is assuming you're driving. It's closer to a 40-minute walk. Are you expecting a traveler without a rental car to walk 40 minutes to a laundromat? Well, if I violated the rules, I apologize. It's very unfortunate.

“Good location to airport and pyramids”

The place is close to FAIA. And also very close to pyramids, about 15km. And the owner was super nice, kind and helpful. The place was very clean

The hostess was super helpful, communicative and accommodating. It was great value for money and it had everything needed for a short stay.

Yesenia was so lovely and helpful! I had a very early flight from Felipe Ángeles the next morning and was the perfect spot to stay the night before to avoid the cost and even earlier start that an uber from Central Mexico City would have cost. Wasn't too tricky to get there from central México city - I took the metro to Indio Verdes, then a bus to the 5 de mayo stop, then another combi bus. Definitely saved a lot of money than staying in the centre and getting an early uber. I was the only person in the dorm room so effectively had a private room which was a nice change.

“Ideal for the night before/after AIFA airport”

The staff were really helpful, I arrived later than expected and had to leave early but they were flexible and accommodating and sent helpful videos through WhatsApp so this wasn't an issue. Nice place and outdoor space, the dorm and attached bathroom were clean, lots of plugs and small lamps as well as curtains round each bed incase someone needs light while others are sleeping. It took about 30 minutes to get to the AIFA airport at around 7am in a taxi which took about 10 minutes to come from when I requested a ride on DiDi.

Such a nice little hostel! Not too far from NLU Airport so it is great if you dont feel like going into the city. The best part is the owner and her parents are the sweetest people you'll meet, willing to help you out with whatever you need and will even show you around when they have free time. 10/10 would totally recommend to anyone passing through

I can recommend if you need to sleep near the airport. The accommodation is not too far away and it is possible to get there by bus (1x necessary transfer). Everything was clean and the owner was very helpful. The price/performance ratio is ideal in our case. Best regards, Karel

“Great location amazing staff!”

Perfect location! Not too far from the airport, and there’s a lot of local food places around. I had a delicious dinner, a warm shower and slept like a baby too.

“Basic but comfortable accommodation near AIFA airport”

I only stayed here for about 6 hours (needed somewhere to sleep between flights from AIFA airport, and one of them was delayed), but it had everything I needed - a bed and a shower! The lady who let me in was very kind, even though she'd had to wait up late for me! She showed me all the lovely fruit trees in the garden. The place is easy to get to from AIFA, even late at night - take the Mexibus and then an Uber or combi. It's in a quiet neighbourhood.

The Hostel is close to the secondary airport and very easy to reach by Mexibus and collectivo. The host Yesenia is a very kind person and gives excellent recommendations.

Exceptionaly friendly personel, good place to stay if you travel from NLU

The hosts were very friendly and helped immediately with any questions. I really liked the atmosphere and the peace and quiet, and there was a safe place for my bike in the courtyard.

“Exceeded expectations”

Yesenia was a wonderful host! She was super accomodating when our bus arrived late and we had to do a late check in as well as helping us find early transport to the airport. The hotel felt really clean and cute and had lots of little touches that were nice. Also the shower was amazing.

Absolut cozy and wonderful place. The owner Yesenia is very kind and very courteous. I stayed only one night and had to go to the airport very early in the morning. Therefore I used the provided shuttle Service which was very nice because Yesenia even came with us to the airport (although it was 6am in the morning). It was a short but very loving experience. I am looking forward to come back to this place. Thank you so much!
