I had really nice time there.The girls who are in charge are super nice .Hostel in itself is literally 2 minutes walk from doc .The rooms are nice and cosy very confortable beds,hot water in shower beautiful tarrace where I have my morning yoga spot,they have also yoga mats in case you forget yours:)Is definitly place for people who appreciate everyone space ,and peace so if you are party person you will not faund yourself here ufff grateful for this kind of hostel.They have also caffeeshop try cambucha i love it .Thank you girls for my time in Jabalito will never forget it and hope to back😊💚🧘‍♂️

Great hostel for a very reasonable price. Everything is clean, there’s hot water, and the terrace is cozy with a nice view.

My stay was great! It feels like you are staying in a real town, not just a tourist haven. I met other like-minded travelers too. It's easy to walk to Santa Cruz, had the best view of the volcanoes, and is easy to get around by lancha. There's a hiking trail up to a waterfall, which I did not go all the way up to.

The lake view room was nice, spacious and light. There is a nice deck to hang out, yoga mats available. There is a microwave, kettle and drinking water at your disposal.

The owner offered an alternative accommodation when the originally booked chalet was not available.

Comfortable beds and plenty of space inside and outside to relax. There were yoga mats and other exercise equipment which was a bonus. The location is very central and quiet. The staff were helpful and were very relaxed. I could have stayed a lot longer and would have if I hadn't been flying the day after my stay.

Beautiful location in a quiet village with easy hikes to Santa Cruz and San Marcos. Yoga on one of my two mornings. Terrace. One night had luve music.

Easy access from the dock (no crazy hills to hike up!) Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean and basic toiletries were available. Lockers available. Common areas had a great vibe (the terrace, the bar, the seating area indoors and outdoors). Staff were awesome and helpful. I LOVED the atmosphere of the property and all of jaibilito. Its quiet, its local and there's not much to do. So it all depends on what you're looking for. If u do need more socialising then a 30min walk to Santa cruz is enuf to get to some other hostels as well. The water here is decent and u can use almost any pier to get in/out of the water. There aren't any really 'beach' or lounging areas closer to the pier, u just kinda pick a spot and make it your own if u want. There is breakfast available at the property but there are also a few other restaurants that u can explore as u choose.

A stunning location on the lake in the small, peaceful town of Jaibalito. From the moment we arrived at Art & Coffee, we were given the warmest welcome by the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. It truly felt like a home away from home after travelling for a while. Breakfast options and the coffee were delicious, giving us the perfect start to each day, and in the evenings we loved enjoying a glass of wine. A true hidden gem on the lake – we would highly recommend!

By far the best hosts we have had on this trip. They made it unforgettable. Smiling, friendly, and just such a vibe. They made us feel like home. We highly recommend staying at Art & Coffee

The town was lovely, and the location of the hotel is great. The design is very artsy and the roof terrance is nice. The common areas were clean, and the shower pressure was good.

Beautiful space with lovely terrace in the serene village Jaibalito. As it doesn’t have a big number of rooms and the village is rather small, I would connect easily with all other guests. The owners Judith and Tao are super helpful with everything, even beyond regular “hostel host duties”. Has a basic community kitchen for everyone to use.

“A calm getaway in Atitlan”

The friendliest host in the quiet calm location of Jaibalito. The place was just renovated and it definitely has a charm to it. Many spots to sit down and either get some work done or have a good read of your book or one of the books they keep on display. Kitchen is available for food prep and there are grocery stores less than a minute walk away. Great vibe! Would've stayed here longer if I had known about it prior to booking my next stay.

The grounds around the property are nice and the rooms are large spacious cabins which despite no A/C are very cool. The free breakfast is nice and there is free drinking water.
