the staff at this property was second to none. The beach club was a pleasant surprise it was a beautiful setting! The all inclusive meals were ample and the cleanliness of this property was top notch all the housekeeping staff were very efficient and accommodated any need that may arise.

Size of the hotel is great, not busy during the day, super quiet during lunch time. We have nice room in quiet area and garden view. Staff is very nice. Room service every day. Wifi works in common areas. It can be weak in the room. Hotel is overall very clean and cozy. You can take taxi to any beach nearby. They provide tours 1000 pesos min per person min.

Breakfasts and lunches were very good. Staff was great. Beach club was awesome

The street was noisy late into the night/morning.

It is a good location right on the main strip close to all the restaurants and stores. If you go to the pool around noon you can usually get a deck chair to sit on. Easy and quick access to the beach club via shuttle. Good snorkelling beaches for fish.

The terrace balcony. Good shower. Very clean. Lock box in the room. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location with quick access to the beach, both the hotel's beach club, and the Santa Cruz beach. There were lots of restaurants in the area. There is a pedestrian walkway right beside the hotel that leads to La Crusecita town and a large superstore. It takes about 15 minutes. Gorgeous weather. Around 30 C midday and 21-24 at night.

Club playa

the hotel was in the best location in think. Close to the town centre, a quick and pleasant walk to the local village, with it's great central market, directly behind where the boats depart from in bay tours, and wonderful beach restaurants at Santa Cruz. Then a quick shuttle bus trip away and your at the hotel's beach club, which is incredible. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and private, then there a huge pool, sunloungers, umbrellas, kids activities and the best lunch buffet we've ever had. We also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the hotel each morning.
