No quality issues with room. Main floor marina view looked better than most, but still pretty underwhelming. If you pay extra for marina view, get 2nd or higher floor.

The location seemed nice. That has nothing to do with Holiday Inn, they are like a scab on a beautiful face.

“short and sweet - only one night”

We just stayed one night due to the pool having an issue., staff manager on duty was very helpful to find us a hotel with a pool for our remainder of our one week vacation. Hotel location great, there is a walkway close by that will take you to Huatulco Centro Wonderful to get a refreshment while waiting for our hotel check in - nice touch. Spacious, clean comfortable room.

“Comfortable, convenient and nice pillows, bed and good wifi”

Everything. Location was really good, near Crucecita and the beach and the harbour. Get a harbour view. We had a king room harbour view room with a fridge. Didn’t get the breakfast buffet as we like going to other places, but we ended up buying granola and putting fruit and yoghurt in the fridge. Starbucks booth in lobby for coffee

“Clean, Well-Located, Great Staff”

This hotel is pretty standard for a Holiday Inn. Very clean, good beds, a choice of pillows. The electric socket next to the bed didn't work, and when I told the front desk, they immediately sent up a maintenance man to fix it—Fidel was very friendly and professional, and replaced the socket in minutes. I also needed to print a document, and the front desk did it for me for free, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, great service in a clean and comfortable environment.

Perfect location, excellent restaurant with full American breakfast, nice little pool, all staff were warm and attentive, enjoyed the Marina View

“The Holiday Inn Huatulco exceeded our expectations in every way!”

Everything was wonderful! The location was perfect; right near the marina. This made it super easy to board a boat or catamaran for snorkelling excursions, or to walk to the nearby beaches to snorkel and swim. La Entrega, Playa Maguey and Playa Del Organo are 45 minutes away by foot. We could walk to La Crucecita in 20 minutes. It is near a very large market with vendors selling everything you can imagine, including wondered souvenirs. There is a large variety of restaurants surrounding the hotel, and you are only a short walk from Playa Santa Cruz. The breakfast buffet was amazing! There is a station where they prepare made-to-order eggs any way you like them, along with quesadillas, pancakes, etc. There were always seven different hot offerings which they mixed up every day to keep it interesting. There was a lovely selection of fruit - pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon and papaya. Other items include jello, yogurt, cottage cheese, greens, sauces (pico de gallo!), and a variety of breads and baked goods, and cereals. And to drink, a variety of juices, hot chocolate, tea and coffee. Our room on the third floor was huge, with an enormous and very comfortable king-size bed. The shower was lovely with great water pressure. We appreciated the counter space in the bathroom too. A small balcony facing the street was nice and gave us a place to hang our wet towels and bathing suits. The elevator was super fast! The pool is small but well situated behind the restaurant. The deck chairs are very comfortable and they all have umbrellas. Thick towels are provided. We didn’t have any issues finding chairs on the day we visited the pool. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We felt very well taken care of during our entire stay. We would highly recommend this hotel!

A small bar fridge would be a benefit.

More bottled water and late check out to accommodate flights woukd have been appreciated. They offered late check out but even to delay an hour woukd have been an additional cost

Staff was very friendly, the room specious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had good variety and service was great. We also enjoyed the pool.

The hotel is located next to the beach, in a beautiful area. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are also some restaurants and shops in the nearby. Everything was just great, I recommend to stay at this place :)
