“Lovely apartment in an ideal location”

Very spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation with plenty of amenities in a quiet location, with spacious shaded balcony. Joseph and Nely were perfect hosts. The pool area, entrance lobby and lifts were immaculately maintained. Fantastic location for exploring the city with access to bus links within a 5 minute walk. Supermarkets, bars and cafes also within a 5 minute walk and around 15 to 20 minutes further walk to the city centre for a wide choice of shops and restaurants. Playa de las Teresitas beach (an amazing golden sands beach) is about 15 minutes or so by bus. Couldn’t fault this location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is large, spotless, well equipped and extremely comfortable. There is a large, lounge area for relaxing, beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean. Communication is good with Joseph who responded promptly to any questions we had. Nely greeted us and showed us around when we arrived. Locally there are supermarkets, bars, cafes and pharmacies. Its about 10 minutes walk to the ferry port where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Its about 20-25 minutes walk to the main shopping area of the city.

The apartment is in a great location – close to the center yet very quiet and peaceful. It offers beautiful mountain views, a private parking spot, and access to a pool. It’s perfect for families, as there is a dedicated children's room and a spacious living area. The terrace is ideal for relaxing in the evening while enjoying the view. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essential tools and appliances. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Unbelievable value for money. We decided to stay in Santa Cruz instead of the touristy areas of Tenerife and we loved it! This apartment was so clean and comfortable. The view from the bedroom is fantastic. The apartment is a bit away from the centre of Santa Cruz and a car was very handy to have to get around. There’s a supermarket and cafes a minute walk away and a bus at the bottom of the hill that will bring you into Santa Cruz or to the beach. The closest beach las terristas is about a 13 minute drive.

Jan 2023 family stay. This apartment is stunning! Homely warmth. We arrived to a beautiful hamper, all kitchen accessories and utensils were provided. The beds were super comfy, appreciate the cot provided for my son and the view from the main bedroom is beautiful. The apartment has everything you need. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, cleaning accessories, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, toilet roll, towels, shampoo & conditioner. This is not listed but I thought it would be useful to anyone looking to book as I was looking for this information when I was booking the apartment. Air con in living room and main bedroom only, however we didn’t need to use this as we came in January and it was only 21 degrees. Portable standing fan was provided in one of the bedrooms which came in handy the first couple of nights. Kenaan was a wonderful host. Excellent communication via WhatsApp throughout our stay. Thank you for arranging taxis etc and responding rapidly to any questions I had. 5* service. Great communication via Booking messages from Joseph too. The location of this apartment is more locals / Spanish than your typical holiday tourists. Less than 5 minute walk from the apartment there is two supermarkets, restaurants, bar, bakery & parks. The beach is nearby however, I’d say it’s more a docks where the cruises and loading boats pull up. It’s not somewhere you can sunbathe. The nearest beach (with sand) is approx 10 mins in a taxi. We walked 1.5 hours to here and came across a lovely village town full of restaurants, bars & a beach hut. We also walked the opposite direction approx 40mins and unexpectedly reached the city centre. Shocked to find amazing shops like Primark, H&M, Zara, Lidl, KFC, McDonald’s, Subway, Taco Bell and plenty more! We were your typical Brits abroad. The locals were dressed in thermals and I had my swimsuit, shorts & hat on.

Kennan was waiting for us at the entrance of the property welcoming us with a big smile on his face. To our surprise, on the kitchen table, a beautiful gift basket was waiting for us. Thank you! The apartment is really nice & spacious. The bedrooms linen was extremely clean. The bathrooms equipped with the necessary essentials. The view from the main bedroom is simply breathtaking. You open your eyes in that imens, majestic mountain... amazing! We have rented a car & the parking garage was really useful however, being off season, lots of parking spots were available on the streets surrounding the property. All attractions of Santa Cruz can be reached within minutes by car. We loved walking from the apartment to the Marine promenade up to Plaza de Espania, Auditorium, Palmetum. Anaga & Teide National Parks can be reached within 1 h driving. Don't miss these 2 attractions while in North Tenerife. Amazing experiences! The apartment is surrounded by many grocery shops, restaurants, cafes. Thank you Joseph for the information provided & for the quick replies.
