Excellent location. The apartment is nice and clean, everything works. The roof terrace is beautiful. Communication was clear and quick, Carlos was very helpful and easy to reach!

The host, Carlos, was fabulous; very communicative and friendly. The appartment is lovely, and the location is perfect, with the Fundación tram stop close, some great wee bars nearby and an easy walk to the auditorium or the city centre. The roof terrace was a big bonus. Would highly recommend.

Everything was excelent: -owner Carlos very communicative and helpful guy, -location -ideall in the middle of everything.We very during carnaval and I can not imagine better lication, -apartment-everything you beed you have, -terrace-superb. If I can I would give 11. Gracias Carlos.

The appartment and the terraza are as advertised. Carlos is very friendly and helpful, very flexible for the hours of arrivals and departures, and answer quickly to any request. The appartment is vast with every equipments you need. Very clean and the location is perfect almost on the Plaza Espana, and a direct road to Playas de la Teresitas. Also it is far enough from the road so it is mostly quiet. The shower has a nice pression which is a good feature to have. I would definetly come back here again!
