Very good hotel with comfortable, well equipped rooms. Very good bads and choice of pillows. Cool view out the window. External elevators as an additional attraction. Jacuzzi, small gym and open space with deckchairs to rest and chill available. Hotel is very well located. On the one hand close to the bus station, where perfectly organized public transportation takes you to other cities or to the north region, where you can take amazing trips through the mountains with impressive views. On the other hand close to the vibrant city center, historical buildings and places.

“Overall: will not stay here again”

Breakfast was okay there was freshly squeezed orange juice, the rest was standard and unremarkable. Underground parking is available, but it costs €15 per day. The breakfast staff, however, were very pleasant and friendly, which made the experience better. At the reception there were free apples, marshmallows, and water with lemon or grapefruit, which was a small nice touch, although the reception staff themselves were not particularly friendly.

Cleaning staff were efficient and polite. Breakfast was okay but every day (10 days) one of the coffee machines was out of action leading to waits. Tables were too close. Amazing views from the lift(s).
