“Cozy and well equipped apartment in the city centre”

The apartment was spacious, clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city centre, within walking distance of cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and local sights. We also really enjoyed the beautiful rooftop terrace. Both hosts, Fernando and Jamie, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

“Amazing location, great host and amenities”

The property was very very clean and spacious. Amazing value for money. Location is also perfect for short or long stays with all shops and centres within a few minutes of walking distance. Jaime is great is available to advise and go through anything whilst your there to really accommodate your living needs. Thanks we will be back again

The apartment is ideally located in the city, it’s comfortable and fully equipped as well as being spotless. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace as well. The host was very friendly and welcomed us at the property. Overall we loved our stay there. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, perfectly laid-out, and spacious apartment in an ideal location. Everything is within easy walking distance—restaurants, bars, sights. The bed was very comfortable, coffee and water were provided, and the public underground parking garage was right nearby.

Clean and comfortable apartment right in the centre of Santa Cruz. The hosts were exceptional - helpful and quick to respond. They even acknowledged my birthday which was a nice touch.

“Comfy central apartment”

Central location, close proximity to great restaurants and attractions. Fernando the host is excellent, checking in regularly to make sure we were OK and gave some great advice. The apartment itself is very clean, well organised with everything you could possibly need.

The apartment is newly renovated and in a perfect location. Take the elevator from the sixth floor and you are right in the center. The apartment was very clean and the host Jaime were very helpful.

“Great stay at Santa Cruz Apartments.”

The apartments are great and in a wonderful location - on a pedestrian street where you can have dinner in a different cafe every time. We found everything we needed in the apartment. The two of us didn't fit in the tiny elevator with our suitcases, but that only made us laugh. The terrace on the eighth floor was a wonderful place to spend the evenings. Good communication with the host on WhatsApp. I would come back again and recommend this apartment to others.

There was nothing not to like about the apartment. It was bright, spacious, extremely clean and in a very central location The addition of having access to the roof terrace was great. We managed to use it briefly, the weather wasn't kind enough for us to spend longer. Jamie provided everything we needed in advance and we knew he was on hand should we need it

“Great Place for Young People in Downtown Santa Cruz”

Central apartment in Santa Cruz, on the 6th floor, good access to restaurants, museums, sea front and parks. Clean, beds comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace, although it is up two flights of stairs. Although shared we never saw anyone else there.Never met the hosts, but they kept in touch.

Having stayed in a few different apartments in Santa Cruz I can definitely say this is the best. The location is excellent, in the centre of the capital on an attractive tree lined avenue just off the main shopping area and a nearby park, convenient for everything we wanted and an easy walk to the nearest tram stop. The apartment itself is bright, airy, modern, clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped (including air conditioning, a washing machine, good size walk-in shower, large wall mounted tv with access to Netflix, and Wi-Fi) The lower floors consist of offices so the building was quiet and we heard and saw no one passing our apartment which is on the 6th floor. There is a fantastic, spacious and well furnished roof terrace with views down to the Tenerife Auditorium, across the city to the historic mercado Ntra. Señora de África and the mountains behind. There is a small lift a few steps up from the main entrance. Our host Jaime was welcoming, attentive but not intrusive, and able to give us all the local information we needed. Have already booked to stay here on our next visit!
