Very clean and well equipped.

The accommodation was amazing and spotlessly clean. This was our first vacation with our baby girl, and the hosts truly went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make our stay so much easier. They provided a cot, a highchair, a bathtub & even a play mat for the little one. Being away from home with a baby can be challenging, but we genuinely felt like we had everything we needed. The attention to detail throughout the apartment was excellent. The beds are extremely comfortable, and although the kitchen is small, it is fully equipped. For us, this is definitely one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in. 100% we would stay here again if we return to Santa Cruz.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, well equipped, and nicely situated with all you might need within walking distance. The communication with the host was excellent throughout.

It's easily noticed that hosts do care. Very nice apartment and very caring hosts. It's quiet at night. Finding a free parking spot might be a challenge, but doable.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotlessly clean, in an excellent location, and the staff were extremely kind and friendly. Everything was well thought out and made our stay very comfortable. There was nothing at all to complain about – we truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were incredibly kind and even sent me recommendations for places to visit in the area, which was very helpful. My trip happened to coincide with my birthday, and the hosts surprised me with a bottle of local wine as a gift. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my experience even more special. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay.

EVERYTHING! - Location is awesome - the hosts were helpful and on hand at all times whilst providing excellent privacy - parking at the back of the building was easy - the apartment was spotlessly clean - everything you could need was provided - quiet, comfortable and spacious - netflix and smart tv with great internet - easy instructions to access apartment We would 100% stay again 😍😍

We had everything we needed in the flat in our one month long stay. Location offered both proximity to the city center and tranquility, with easy access to the stunning Las Teresitas beach. Anastasia, our host, exceeded expactations with her exceptional hospitality, always readily available and offering invaluable assistance and insights throughout our stay. We will come back deffinitely!
