We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Tenerife. The place was exceptionally clean and very well equipped, offering all the facilities you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The overall comfort level was excellent, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location on Playa Chica is absolutely stunning. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves in the background was truly special and made the experience even more memorable. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic stay in Tenerife.

The unique building situated almost in Anaga rural park; you are leaving relatively far from civilization, but with all possible fruits of it:) The apparent is simply gorgeous, with all you might need on your vacation.

This place is absolutely amazing—a secluded area with no crowds, practically a private beach, and located within a nature reserve. It was exactly what we were looking for. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly to all our questions. The apartment was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. There’s also secure gated parking on the property. We even managed to swim in December—the water was warm enough! Since the house is far from civilization, you’ll need to bring enough groceries. You definitely won’t want to waste time leaving this beautiful bay to dine at restaurants.

Monica’s apartment really is a small paradise! Not only the fantastic setting at the Chica Beach, a private beach solely used by the inhabitants of the unique building stuck on the rock where you park your car on the roof and descend 10 floors downstairs to reach the beach (Monica’s apartment is on the 5th). The apartment itself will amaze you. It is perfectly clean and furnished with a very nice white furniture. But what you might appreciate the most is that Monica anticipated all your needs. You certainly find everything what you might just think-dishes, spices, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, beach towels, parasol, washing mashine and dryer, dish washer, coffee maker (with capsules), alarm clock, air conditioning, TV, wifi (please bear in mind no cell phone coverage available below the rock). If I go to Tenerife again, I will certainly repeat Monika’s paradise!

“Little paradise by the beach”

The property was very well equipped with everything a traveller would need even to the emergency food in case of arriving late and unable to get provisions. We have stayed in many self catering places and this apartment was the best. Congratulations to our host. She is the best and truly understands travellers needs. She went the extra mile for her guests 👏👏👏The view from the balcony was amazing and we loved the way the hotel was built into the rock and it seemed we were secluded from other guests when sitting by the balcony.

The really friendly lady who gave us keys and show all flats as well as all facility. In the property there was absolutely everything you need all spices, kitchen splinter, iron, washing machine, washing liquids, beach equipment, water filter, coffee machine as well us all sorts of coffee pods and tea. No problem with parking because there was plenty of space, elevator to our flat. A stunning view from the balcony. A host was contacting us to make sure all is OK, let us checked out a little bit later. The flat was very nice and home looking decorated. A beach right next to the building was amazing. Fast internet let me work a little bit remotely, with some breaks for a swim. We would love to come back there one day for sure !
