“Excellent Stay in Santa Cruz”
We had a great stay at Barceló Santa Cruz Contemporáneo and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Santa Cruz, with everything very accessible and convenient nearby. The rooms were very comfortable, especially the beds, which were spacious and perfect for resting well after a long day. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional and very attentive at all times. We also appreciated the quality and variety of the amenities provided in the room, which made the stay feel even more comfortable.

“Won’t be staying again”
No parking No towels at pool when asked was told laundry was closed and that was 3pm but when we checked in they said pool open till 6pm Hotel wouldn’t accept photographic passport which meant a additional 4 hour journey when we have said previously in other hotels they accept them

“Modern and comfortable”
Newly refurbished, modern hotel. We were with 3 kids and got 2 double rooms at the end of the corridor that could be separated with a door thus giving us our own entrance hall and enabling us to leave rooms open.

Very good location near beautiful park and Rambla. Rooftop pool and terrace with beautiful city, ocean and mountain views. Excellent breakfast. Modern interior. Kind personnel. Very good beds and pillows.
