“Amazing weekend spent in Santa Cruz!”
The service was amazing - very helpful with all requests such as wine glasses, iron and ironing board etc. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view over the park was also very nice and the location is ideal. They have a gym, pool and jacuzzi on the roof and they are amazing! It was my fourth visit and I'll definitely be back!!

THIS HOTEL HAS BEEN INCREDIBLE! From our check-in until check-out. Very nice interior, a lot of space to just sit and relax or to work. Very comfortable. The staff were extremly nice to us, receptionists (special thanks to one lady who helped us check-in and check-out and kept our bags int the hotel after we checked-out), cleaners and also people at breakfast service and dinner. Room was spacious and fully equipped, very clean- we even got bottle of wine to our room for our anniversary, which was really nice. In centre and with the hotel's own restaurant which was amazing and the staff members as well! We also used the gym and that was pretty great as well, although the open hours were little too short (open just until 8pm). Over all, very great experience and would definitelly recommend this hotel!

We were in a family unit, which consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. The rooms were cozy, clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was large with a bathtub and a shower. Our towels were changed every day. We had a kettle, a fridge and a safe. We liked the hotel's roof the most, where there is a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a gym. The roof offers a beautiful view of the city and the park in front of the hotel. All the staff were helpful and very kind.

“Beautiful Hotel with such lovely hard working staff”
What can I say about this beautiful Hotel with beautiful staff who looked after me whilst my husband was being looked after in hospital after a stroke. Thank you so much to everybody. Food was beautiful. My room was spotless and the location for the hospital was great. I will definitely come back to see you all . Thank you for making me stay enjoyable xx

“Very clean hotel with great facilities and views, but basic amenities could be more attentively repl”
Very clean and well-maintained hotel. The check-in area offered thoughtful touches like lemon water, seasonal fruits, and fresh croissants for guests. Check-in was smooth with minimal waiting time. Our room was located in a separate, quieter section, which ensured a peaceful stay with no noise. The rooftop jacuzzi and swimming pool were excellent, very clean, and offered beautiful views of the city and the sea. The gym and pool area also had well-kept changing rooms and restrooms.

“A beautiful hotel right next to a gorgeous park.(What’s not to like?)”
The location was great for us - just outside of the main centre and next to one of the most beautiful parks we have ever seen. We had a spacious room with access to an internal courtyard with fountain. The public areas were well designed and comfortable. Breakfast was also just right.
