Location is perfect, central and near buses. The street is pedestrian so the taxi will probably need to drop you at Plaza de Espana and then you walk for 2 minutes. The facilities are a bit old, but it does the job. The street is quiet at night.

It's a place to drop your stuff and sleep. No breakfast, no other facilities. If you book Oceano Centro, you have to check in at Atlantico Centro. Room is sufficient, but the noise is unberable. Can't imagine why people needed to do some maintenance late at night, drilling and hammering god knows what in the building. Also the sound outside is echoing to your room so all in all the building isn't sound proof at all. But the location is perfectly at the center of the city.

We had a pleasant stay overall, We stayed for 4 nights, especially because of the excellent location. The hotel is right in the centre of Santa Cruz, which makes it very convenient to explore the area. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the bus station, and along the way you pass shops, markets, and plazas, which makes getting around enjoyable whether you walk or take transport. It’s also a good base if you’re planning to explore the northern part of the island, like Puerto de la Cruz. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which we appreciated. The hotel has a lift, which is helpful for luggage. They also provided basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap), especially towards the end of our stay. The room included essentials like pillows, a small fan, and a television (though with limited channels). The Wi-Fi worked well during our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the balcony. It was nice to be able to open the doors fully and enjoy views of both the sea and the street, which added to the overall experience. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a centrally located place with friendly service and a nice view, and good value of money I'd say.
