We loved this apartment! My partner kept saying he'd gladly live there. There is a lot of natural light which is nice, and you can also close the window blinds to not see any light, should you want to. The apartment is very comfortable and nice and has pretty much everything you might need, also a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Comfy beds, spacious closets. The kids play area is definitely a lovely bonus for anyone traveling with children. Our 6-year-old loved it. The area is quiet so in the evening there is no noise or traffic.

It was a great time. In 42 days the apartment became our home. The apartment had everything we needed for a long stay and even more than we needed. Our 4-year-old daughter was happy with the many toys and the comfortable children's bed in a separate room. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful view from the windows on both sides. There are 3 large shops nearby (one of which is open 7 days a week and until late). There are many cafes and restaurants around. Las Teresitas beach is 15 minutes by car. Many thanks to Amanda, Belinda and other workers who super quickly resolved any problems that arose and were always in touch.

“A great apartment in a great location.”

The property is located in a quiet, good-quality area near the seafront. There are restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets a short walk away but on another street so there is no noise at night. The eastern end of the city is a 15-minute walk away or can be accessed by using buses that pass along the seafront. There is also free street parking and we usually found a space in a nearby off-street car park. So this was a good base from which to explore the city and to do longer trips out by car. It's a good-quality, modern apartment, and is well-equipped. The communication with the management team was always very good. When we noticed a door handle needed repair they sent a technician promptly. There is a lift but if you feel like some exercise you can walk up lots of stairs to reach the apartment as it's near the top.

Everything with this apartment is awesome! Very cozy and located near the promenade,at a walking distance near the city center. Very well equipped with a lot of stuff. 10 stars for cleaning!

everything was great! absolutely perfect for families with little kids (toys, kids chair,…) It is a new appartement with modern interior, well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms…and it is close to the city center. there is a supermarket and bars/restaurants in walking distance. We highly recommend it!!
