Great chill place to stay.. great location and accommodation is very clean! Only negative thing was the walls were thin I could hear full conversations clearly, a lot of banging and moving about etc. The host was lovely and chatted back in messages promptly and very friendly. Remember ear plugs and you should be fine for a good sleep 🙏

“Perfect for the week”

Perfect location, right in the middle of town. And the kitchen was great, always clean and perfect for cooking in it you want to save any money. Super communicative and friendly! Felt very safe and secure here. Next door to the best coffee place on the island! Exceptional value for money. I had the internal room which was absolutely perfect for what I needed since I spent most of the time outside. Shampoo and shower gel which was so handy. I’d happily stay again.

I am an experienced traveller , not much bothers me , It's easy to use maps to know a lot about a place well in advance of going there , if you do that you're unlikely to have any unpleasant surprises .

The owner was really polite, kind and helpful. The location is super convenient. The shared kitchen offers lots of items for guests to prepare their own meals and enough storage space for their supplies.

Perfectly located accommodation with the best type of helpful host! Very clean too. There is no outdoor space and the room overlooking the communal area could be a problem if other guests not respectful. Mine were delightful and found this a perfect base for first few days in SC.

“Central place to explore La Palma”

The room is in a great location in Santa Cruz de La Palma close to all the restaurants, cafes and sights. Easy check in and good communication with the owner. Nice and spacious common kitchen.

The room has a window to the kitchen (not to the outside). It cannot be called a room but a furnished storage room. The kitchen also has no windows to the outside. I do not know the Spanish rules but it seems unsafe and unhealthy to me.

Alberto was a great host. I arrived a few hours early and I was allowed to check in straight away. he is quick to respond to any questions. the Appartment was very clean, had access to a fridge and hob and kettle and microwave which saved me money. it's in the center of the town near everything. 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the bus station to get to other parts of La Palma. I would highly recommend Alberto's place and if I come back I will definitely stay here if it is available.

“Grat room in the town centre”

A great room in the town centre with access to the kitchen. Nice place to spend a few days in Santa Cruz.

A delightful place to stay right in the heart of the old city but very quiet and relaxing. It was lovely and clean and spacious with excellent facilities.  Alberto was an excellent host and went the extra mile to help us out in so many ways.  Such a great place to stay - we will certainly be back next year.

Alberto is one of the nicest hosts I ever met. He is always there when you need him. The location right in the center is just perfect.

Nice location and friendly but small room. Perfect communal area with kitchen, table and sofa.

The location was pretty comfortable, walking time from everything and in front of the main beach! Nice eniroments and furniture with good kitchen furniture and space in the ridge.

Had to extend my stay for 1 more night and this was the only available room. Turned out to be the best room (in my opinion). So I'll just repeat my comments on the previous review: Excellent location at the city centre and a 10-minute walk from the port. Alberto and the host Mari were really responsive, providing clear guidance and answers to my questions. Wifi was great and I was able to take work video calls without any hassle. Close to restaurants and supermarkets (I shopped at Spar). Self check-in was easy following the instructions as I arrived quite late. Room was neat and bed was comfortable. Cooking facilities and microwave available in the shared kitchen which came in really handy for me. Shared dining table and sofa available in the lounge. Overall good stay. Will stay again if available on my next visit to La Palma

I had a great time and felt welcome from the beginning. It's a perfect place for exploring Santa Cruz. Alberto is a great and friendly person and was very helpful and provided me with a lot of useful information. Thanks for everything!

“Nice room in the city centre, great for one night stay”

Close to the city centre and also to the bus station or port (10 minutes walking), clean and nice. It is great for the one night stay on your way but also for longer stay, the kitchen is shared but very nice, clean and well equipped.
