“Comfortable stay in Santa Cruz town”
Room was very spacious and there was also a balcony, which I wasn’t expecting. The location is quite central although it still takes 10-15 minutes to get to the old town and the way back is uphill. There’s a good variety of products for breakfast. The private parking is also useful, although there are usually enough parking spaces on the streets nearby.

“A decent self-catering hotel that could use some sprucing up”
If you're looking for do-it-yourself accommodation, then this hotel is for you. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well supplied with basic, functional kitchen accessories. Breakfast was pretty good, though not terribly exciting. There was plenty of free garage parking (but be aware that the entrance/exit ramp is VERY tight and steep - not for large cars or timid drivers!).

“Lovely modern Hotel on a hill overlooking the harbour”
Very clean modern hotel with large rooms, and balcony views over the mountains and harbour. Close to the town so easy walk out to explore and have lunch/ dinner. Stored our road bikes in the room which is great for us. Hekpful staff and Good range of breakfast

Breakfast good. Hot food needs a better hotplate in order for the breakfast food to stay hot. Need a flatter pillow to have a good night's sleep. Staff lovely.

“Short stay in La Palma”
The generous size of the room with adequate self catering facilities including a fridge and kettle, toaster etc.. Exceptionally quiet within the hotel. The breakfast option was varied and generous. Our room had a very generous balcony and alternatively there was a solarium on the 4th floor. We were able to check in earlier than stated.
