The location is very good, even though we were told beforehand that the neighborhood might not be the best. As a family of six, we had a very positive experience and felt safe throughout our stay. The property is exactly as shown in the photos, with no unpleasant surprises. A big highlight is the terrace—it essentially becomes your living room and a perfect place to relax. The only minor downside is that there is just one bathroom, but with a bit of organization, it works fine even for a larger group. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook, and there are supermarkets within a 5-minute walk, such as Carrefour and Lidl, which makes things very convenient. Another big advantage is the proximity of the Llefià metro station, which is very close to the property. The connections are excellent—you can easily reach both Barcelona and Badalona. It’s just a few stops to Barceloneta Beach, and similarly only a few stops to Badalona Beach. As for the beach, instead of going to the crowded Barceloneta Beach, I would recommend Badalona Beach. It’s less crowded, less touristy, and feels safer. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place, especially for families.
