We enjoyed all aspects of our stay at Dolce Rosa. The pre booking communication via the booking.com app and WhatsApp were excellent. Check in was easy. The room was really comfortable and generous.

Our host was very welcoming and the room was full of character. Spacious, spotless and able to make a cup of tea and coffee was an added benefit. Our room had a balcony and clothes line outside that we used to dry some clothes. The accommodation was close to the main square.

Charming place, beautiful wooden furniture and tiles, well located, close to the museum and the city center. The host was very nice and provided all the necessary things, including a voucher for breakfast at a nearby bar. I loved my stay here and also loved Sansepolcro.

The decoration was superb

Beautifully decorated and furnished flat and building, lovely antiques and period feel.. Right in the centre, but very quiet. A lovely balcony came with our room. Host Rodolfo provided a generous breakfast to have in the room with kettle for tea. Very modern and spacious bathroom. Large comfortable bed. Very close to all amenities- you can see the museum from the front door.

Lovely house with a historical teist. Here you can feel like you are traveling back in time. There was beutiful objects and art. Beautiful decor that respects history of the house.

Beautiful, large room. Clean and bright. Good facilities. No parking but there is plenty of car parks outside the ZTL

The room was exceptionally well-maintained, spotless, and spacious. Its central location was both convenient and surprisingly quiet. Comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, it offered everything needed for a great stay. Highly recommendable.

The owner is super

I love the location. I have stayed here three times. It would have been four but had to cancel because of the pandemic. They provide coffee and tea and yoghurt and water and some of those Italian sponge things with jam in them so you can start the dayin your room which is fine by me. Plenty places for morning coffee and light lunch near by and it is about 5 minutes from the bus station and less from places to park. The guy who runs it is very welcoming and you get a key and the rest is up to you. I would add photos but they are plenty on the site and the camera does not lie.
