A very kind owner who offered us a garage parking space when she saw that we were traveling by motorbike. We stayed just one night while passing through, and the price was more than reasonable. The room is spacious, tidy, and clean, with a private bathroom and plenty of towels. Breakfast is self-service. We recommend it! Thank you very much!

For what I paid it was more than great! Really nice host (no English), especially his daughter who was extremely nice, very communicative and provided us with tons of ideas on what to eat, where to go etc. Dedicated parking spot and quiet and it is in fact standalone house with garden.

The person is very friendly and really helpful, like to chat and gives advice to where to go to visit. We even went for a beer together. The Rooms are nice for the affordable prices I paid I was really happy, breakfast was included and lovely, at least for italians like me. Thank God I could find this place cos most places were booked and anyway offered lower quality. The best rooms will be the private apartment which is 2 floors and can host up to 5 people actually. it is very nice decorated and cleaned. It is also modernised which is good. It is quiet and very privat. Compared to were I stayed before in San Giustino this was paradise actually. I wish i stayed only here.

The private apartment was very nice and nicely decorated and modern renovated. I enjoyed being in the countryside. The neighbourhood is lovely and the people so friendly and welcoming. There are many animals around and still just 5 minutes away from the sport hall i needed to go. The breakfast, Italian style is also nice. Thanks for the stay. There is also the possibility to stay in the shared apartment with kitchen

Nice place to stay runned by very welcoming family. Great view, quite place, not far from the highway. Good breakfast.

The host was very friendly and helpful. He recommended us what to visit in the area and where there are good restaurants. Good position. Easy to find, not far from Sansepolcro. Great location for touring the area (Arezzo, Florenz, Siena and Perugia). Very good Breakfast and the coffee was very good. The rooms are clean and well equipped. I definitely recommend it
