Overview
Set in the village of Plangeroß, Waldhaus enjoys a quiet and sunny location in the Pitz Valley, surrounded by an impressive mountain panorama. It offers a breakfast and free parking. All spacious rooms provide a balcony, a private bathroom and cable TV. Guests of the Waldhaus can benefit of the sauna, steam-bath and infra-red cabin for a surcharge. A large playground is also on site. The Pitztal Glacier and Rifflsee ski areas are only 2 km away from the Waldhaus. It is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking and mountain climbing as well as skiing in winter. A cross-country ski trail is nearby. The ski bus stop is a 5-minute walk away.

Nice sauna. Breakfast is OK - not as bad as the other reviews say. You get a selection of breads, with a lot of things to put on them, yoghurt with cereal and eggs.
