This traditional, newly renovated family inn is located in the heart of Peter Rosegger's “Waldheimat“ (Forest Home) in Upper Styria, surrounded by the densely wooded landscape of the Fischbach Alps. The Roseggerhof offers new, tastefully furnished rooms, cosy lounges, the Rosegger Library, a children’s playground and a ping pong table. Enjoy hearty, traditional dishes as well as light meals in the restaurant. Children’s meals and special diets are also served. Special health meals are available on request. The homemade strudels are especially popular. The home of Peter Rosegger, the popular 19th-century Styrian poet, offers many cultural attractions as well as sports and leisure options. 2 ski areas are in the immediate vicinity of Roseggerhof.
