“Disappointing, misleading photos in the internet”
Was very difficult to communicate with the owner or manager, only via mail thru booking. Did not supply enough garbage bags, toilet paper and had to toss all garbage at the end of the stay but the garbage bins outside were overflowing.

“Quiet place”
Placement is good, it is quiet there (unless other guests with kids are noisy). We've travelled with kids and they liked it too. To get around you probably need a car. Host provides local Bus tickets for the time of stay. The Harz region in general and current place specifically has a lot of dead trees on hills, it is a bit sad, but it is a global issue. But hike routes around are amazing!

Excellent equipment. Kitchen is full of high quality cooking stuff. Huge bathroom. Huge LED panels in each room. Fresh renovated apartments. High quality materials. Excellent beds. Large parking lot (actually two of them). 300 m proximity to a supermarket.

“My family and I had a great time. The owner was kind and helpful.”
The apartment was very spacious providinig more than enough room for 6 adults. The bathroom was big and well equipped. The kitchen / eating area was also large and nicely furnished. There was a great place for sledding directly across the street.
