Hotel manager Luke greeted us with a smile and immediately followed up once we reached the room to ensure everything was up to satisfactory. All hotel staff were friendly and delivered great customer service. The breakfast was great!

The hotel has a quiet policy and instead of adhering to it when a wedding party was extremely loud in the middle of the night, the thought it was acceptable to only address the loudness had someone called down and complained while it was happening. However I shouldn't have to call down and make a noise complaint when the lobby is seeing first hand that the guest are being extremely loud at midnight and later when the hotel already has a policy in place for such things. There is a quiet time for a reason and the hotel ignored it.

Very chic. Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The staff was so kind and helpful. They also gave the lobby a thorough cleaning in the evening after parents had retired for the night. They kept the breakfast buffet well stocked even at 6-6:30am when many of us were visiting at once. The gym and pool were clean and wonderful with little motivating notes left around. We loved the lobby games too!!! Great bonus for just hanging out.
