The key was handed personally by the host, she explained all the facilities available on site, she introduced to the room one by one & how to use some of the facilities. The room & homestay is spacious & comfortable. We also used the washing machine & clothes are dried up easily, there is place to hang your clothes at the balcony. All facilities are sufficient for staying.. Towel, shampoo, body soap are provided. Parking area nearby to the lobby, safety also number one 1️⃣, not accessible by outsider at the lobby gate as you need the access card to enter. The homestay is at level 3, access by elevator & pool view. Wifi available with strong connection, can watch netflix also at the TV. My family really loves staying here & we’re satisfied.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The flat is big, with all you need. Comfortable setting. The swimming pool is a great addition.

The property was very well equipped and comfortable. The location was great as only 20 minutes drive from Sepilok and walking distance to good restaurants. There is a very large swimming pool. Very helpful host who sent clear instructions to help us find property and parking space and showed us round the apartment and explained how things worked and also gave us recommendations for places to eat.

The host was very kind and informative. Location was close to a center with some restaurants en supermarkets. In 30 minutes you will reach Sepilok Orang-Oetan centre.

Very spacious place. It has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms with all stated amenities . A quiet & nice place with very safe security. Check in & out procedures very smooth. Tiffany was a great friendly host whereby we could check-in earlier as the place was ready. Overall we would stay here again if have own transport as the places to eat are about within 5 mins.

The apartment is big, bright, cozy.and safe and Tiffany is very nice. It has a balcony and a big common pool and there are quite many small restaurants and a small grocery shop a 12 minute walk away.
