Overview
Bay & Basin is a 10-minute drive from the famous Hyams Beach which features the world’s whitest sand, as well as Booderee National Park on Jervis Bay. The property is located just 300 metres from the water’s edge of Paradise Beach on St Georges Basin, where you can spend the day swimming, snorkeling, canoeing, windsurfing or fishing. Across the road is the St Georges Basin Country Club where you can play a game of tennis, bowls or a round of golf on the 18 hole golf course. Your room features a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. You can enjoy watching a show on the 40-inch LED TV or listen to music using the iPod docking station. A kettle and refrigerator are also included in the room.

We understand that prices can fluctuate at short notice, and overall we found this property to offer good value for money. For our small family (2 adults and 3 toddlers), the space worked really well. The layout was practical — I could comfortably work from the sofa while using the dining table for my laptop, and we were still able to enjoy family time together watching TV. Having two TVs was a nice bonus. The property is large enough so the kids can run around and jumping around. With our stuff already unpacked neatly at the drawer. We also really appreciated the extra towels, linen, and pillows — those small details made our stay much more comfortable. All lights, electricity, and appliances were functioning properly, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a comfortable and practical stay for families.

Absolutely nothing We booked and paid a month in advance We received a message asking our ETA. We replied however, when we arrived at the property it was closed but a welcome sign was in the door and 3 mobile numbers to call. But no one answered the calls/messages

The accommodation was dilapidated- we felt unsafe, we were prepared to seek alternative accommodation. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The cost price pernight was the lure, the reality was unacceptable.
