This is a well located compact property with character and a 5/6 minute walk from the town centre. Good for a short stay for a single person or couple. Street parking available outside, or very near by.

Located at the bottom of the hill within the town and an easy walk to the main square. We parked at the front door with no parking restrictions. Property had loads of character, small internally but fine for two of us.

The cleaner was still finishing off so he kindly handed over the keys to us. The shower room was well designed and roomy. The bed was comfortable and our room was nice. The kitchen was well provided although two wine glasses would have been better than one.

Location

This small 1 up 1 down was a good location for exploring the town of Sancerre. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and the towels were of good quality. It was possible to cook your own meal too if you needed too. It was good value for money. The booking messages all worked even though they were automated.

Excellent stay , accommodation was great, but they were resurfacing the roads in the town and this made the stay VERY noisy, and made parking outside difficult, but we do appreciate this is no fault of the accommodation.

Very small but full of character. Anyone who has limited mobility would find it difficult and possibly dangerous to get up and down stairs. We loved the character that came with this.

Lovely, small apartment in the historic old town. Well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchenette. Nice bathroom with shower on second level together with the bedroom. The bed was comfortable. Easy checking and checkout. We were fortunate to park directly in front on the apartment. Easy walk to the town center.
