This appartment is not just an ordinary appartment. The stay at BnB was a jorney. The best place we got during our 3 weeks jorney in Italy. The host was wonderful man who did everythnig to make us feel very welcome. A lot of effort is put in all the details. Each peace of this appartment was like an art and so exciting. We are so thankful to the host.

The location and property are stunning and unique, overlooking the lake and mountains. Paulo is a perfect host, he took so much care to make sure we were comfortable, including making me a special breakfast as I have unusual dietary needs. We will stay longer next time, but even in November enjoyed watching the sun set over the lake on the balcony with a glass of wine. Parking was very close, free and easy. Paulo also gave great advice on local sights and we had a wonderful trip to Sanurario dalla Madonna dalla corona.

“Dreamer's paradise”

It's everything we love about Italy. We travel a lot but Paulo was the most dedicated and loyal host we ever met. So caring.. Everything was on its own place and everything had its meaning. The historic house has its own soul and it's really beautiful decorated. Pablo's bnb itself was the best thing about our trip / Yes, better than the truffle pasta!! / The neighborhood is like a little oasis of old Italy where you can just turn off and breathe in the silence. The view is mesmerizing.. <3 ! Please, treat this place nicely and be nice to Paulo. He's a wonderful person, doing everything by himself, even the soulful and delicious breakfast. Parking is just across the street - free and safe.

Paolo is a great host, it was a shame we could not stay more than 1 night due to our planned long trip back home in the UK.He gave also loads of info about the area and was very helpful in booking a place where to eat for the dinner.We would love to go back there one day for a long stay.Room was very clean with a great view.Good breakfast also.

Paolo's B&B is just wonderful. It is great as a home base to explore all the beautiful towns and sites around Lake Garda. San Zeno is a small town on the slopes of Monte Baldo. Just a short drive up from the busier towns near the lake, Paolo's provides a place to relax and take in the gorgeous lake views and stunning sunsets. He welcomes you into his home and asks that you consider it yours as well. The room is comfortable, the patio overlooking the lake is perfect, and the breakfasts he prepares each morning are delicious! He is a very gracious and respectful host, truly first class, and is a wealth of information. He is happy to recommend places to visit around the lake as well as other nearby " must sees" and wonderful restaurants to try. If you stay here, I highly advise you to take advantage of his recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed the places he shared. We love our stays at Paolo's and are repeat guests. It is our home away from home.

We loved our stay. gorgeous house and villa, the room is furnished with a lot of love for detail and a lot of thought has been put into setting everything up. There is a beautifully green garden and an amazing balcony with views over lake Garda, where you will have your own table (set up beautifully again). There is free parking very close and the lake as well as gorgeous villages are easily reached by car. The best is your host, Paolo, who is easily one of the nicest people on earth. Paolo made us feel welcome like family, customized a lovely itinerary for us and personalized breakfast and even made fresh cinnamon apples from heaven. Don't hesistate to book! “Beautiful place to stay”

We had a lovely time staying with Paolo and the views and property are beautiful - the pictures almost don't do it justice. Paolo is very accommodating and made us breakfast every morning, even very early sometimes when our plans started early in the day. Paolo made lots of suggestions for our visit and was very helpful. There are two rooms so it's very peaceful. Thank you Paolo.

“A perfect host”

A peaceful 3 days, clean and a strategic place if you are a hiker, from San Zeno there is a beautiful panoramic path including the Tibetan bridge. for other excursions Paolo will be happy to help you by providing you with everything. Every window has a sea view... it was lovely even with fog. And bed and pillows absolutely super comfy.
