“Perfect calm stay with city access and sea-view”

Very nice location. Super clean rooms and bathrooms. Nice kitchen and an amazing terrace.

Great room so close to the beach. Josie had lovely breakfasts and was so bubbly and friendly in the mornings.

Large apartment in a great location close to beach and town centre. Convenient free parking just outside. Nice continental breakfast on the patio each morning. Bed was very comfortable. Really enjoyed out stay. San Vito Lo Capo is a super place, especially if you like rock climbing.

Loved the location. A nice big, light and airy apartment in a quiet location, but very close to the beach and the town centre with free car parking. The personnel were amazing and so helpful. Breakfast was served in a courtyard with lots of food and drink options.

Big & clean apartment wit good location. We booked together with a friend and were not aware that the apartments are placedin 2 different locations (but only 5min apart). Breakfast was at the other location with very friendly staff.

“Avoid this location if you want to have a successful vacation”

As a Booking customer for many years, this is the worst experience I have had in my travels, and I don't understand why other customers give such big scores to this location. For us it was so wrost that we have stayed only 2 night even if we have booked and payed in advance for 4 nights, and we have stayed only because we used this location to visit Trapani and Erice. I think the only things that we have liked was the watter on the beach of San Vito Lo Capo, but not the beach, the sand was a mixt of sand and different garbage: pieces of paper, plastic, plastic bottles, cigarette butts, etc.

Great breakfast, even prettier place than it looked in the pictures. Host was very helpful and friendly. Very nice private parking few meters outside house.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet location but few steps from the beach and the town center. Very nice apartment and great breakfast. Highly recommend.

It has a perfect location just what we wanted. Not directly at the center of the town where the night life, restaurants & souvenir shops are, because we preferred peaceful surroundings, but it is also not too far from it like just 3-5 minutes walk. From the terrace we can view the beach from afar. The grocery store is also just about 5-8 minutes walk. The host (Ms. Patrizia) took care of what we needed even if it’s not at the list of amenities: iron and griller 😊 the host (Ms. Giusy) who served our breakfast every morning was very nice and sweet 🙂 Mille grazie! Overall we had a fun stay at San Vito lo Capo.

Great view from the living room, big space, really cozy! The breakfast was ok, coffee of choice freshly made and croissant/local pastry or sandwich, along with a choice of sweet toppings.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy, and all the rooms (kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom) were very spacious, definitely well equipped and prepared for both long and short stays. Specially, the best thing was the host and the lady taking care of the breakfast. She was extremely friendly and goodnatured, and the breakfast was delicious. We kept getting derailed along the way (too many pretty sights to see near), and in the end nobody was there to welcome us in, but rather had left the keys on the postbox. No problem whatsoever to allocate them and get in (They even sent a explanatory vide and answered fast to any messages we had). Definitely would repeat again if back to San Vito and would recommend to anyone.

The facility is located close to the beach and the town center, well-equipped and very spacious. A very nice owner who will help you with anything.

The host who greeted us was wonderful. He’s very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. He also let us borrow ice packs for our boat trip. He was very responsive when we needed anything. The location of the property was excellent - in walking distance to the beach and the quaint town with shops and restaurants.
