“Amazing host and location”

Valeria the owner of the property was so helpful and accomodating. She speaks excellent English, prepares a great breakfast each morning consisting of local specialities and ensures the room is always clean. The property is super close to the beach and restaurants, has a comfortable bed, great air conditioning and wifi and is well proportioned for one person.

the B&b was in an amazing location, so close to the beach, restaurants, shops! it was cleaned and really confortarle. Valeria and her family are simply amazing! quick in responding messages, organise amazing breakfast (sweet/sour), plenty of info and help with tours and so friendly and lovely! can’t recommend enough, we will go back as soon as we can! thanks!

It is a large apartment with rooms for rent. My room was a single with a bathroom. Clean. The place was renovated. The bed was comfortable. host is very hospitable and very helpful. He waited for me with the key and all the instructions. The building is not far from the beach. There is also a balcony in the common area where you can relax. Very good breakfasts. Homely atmosphere. In the area, of course, restaurants, bars and cafes. I would love to come back for another stay.

The hostess was very friendly and caring

The Apartament was really cozy, clean and at a perfect location near the main street and the beach but in a quiet side street. The host was very very nice and prepared a sicilian brakefast every morning and gave us tips on where to have dinner, or what to see around San Vito lo Capo, and told us the stories of some sicilian symbols we saw around the Island. All in all a really great stay and great experience!

Couldn't recommend this accommodation more highly enough. The host Valeria, was the most attentive and warm person. Breakfast was tasty with many options and location was perfect, just minutes away from all the eateries and beach.

The hoste whas realy nice.Clean room. You are in the center so evrythings is near.

Valeria is such a kind and helpful person!! She is very hospitable and courteous. I would definately recommend to stay here. The Singleroom i very well located, but stil quiet at night The breakfast was fresh and tasty, typical sicilian. :) All in all, very happy

Everything was absolutely great. Valeria is the best. She is so friendly and helpful. The B&B is only 2minutes walk from the heach and in the center. Bus station is near by too. Everything is very clean and the breakfast is fantastic. I will come back. Best stay in San Vito!
