“Beautiful villa, perfect for a relaxing stay as a family”

The villa and grounds are absolutely beautiful, very clean and comfortable with beautiful pool and hot tub. We had a really relaxing time and it was our first trip with our 3 month old baby and the baby facilities were great!. Gianvito had kindly left us some food and wine at the villa! Check in/check out was really easy.

“Great stay”

We had amazing stay. As you can see it on the pictures, that is exactly what you will get. The villa is located outside of the town. There is Lidl or Penny Market stores close (but car is necessary). Walk into the city center is around 30 minutes. The villa is splitted into the old and new part, and has 3 separate bedrooms. There were also 2 couches. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. There were also some food for breakfast prepared (jams, toasts) and some sugo in the storage, coffee and tea. The kitchen has dishwasher and everything you need for cooking. There is also an outdoor grill you can use. The pool is great, but it was really cold during our stay, so we didn't use it. Gianvito was a great host, gave us all the informations we need to come in. Also left some tips for restaurants in the town. Was also available during our stay, if we had some questions was always very helpfull. We received the informations about keys in advance. Had an amazing stay here.

I have traveled a great deal in Italy, and rented a number of villas over the years. This is a Really, Really Good one. It is as nice looking as the photos, and the pool is absolutely fabulous. It may seem a little small on first glance, but it isn't. We thought we might want to use the hot tub, but never did as we spent all our time in, and beside the pool. The way the outside is set up means there is always shade, which is crucial in this part of Italy. The outside lights, pool cleaning, all that were automatic, and worked like clockwork. No fuss. No mystery. The inside set up also worked really well for us, as we were two groups of adults traveling together. The 'big' kitchen in the old part of the villa is extremely well equipped. No, there is not a fancy 'outdoor kitchen' ( reflected in price) but a very good barbecue that we used every night we were there is just as good. Thoughtful thing like plenty of fridge space - we just used one for cold drinks - and also a very straightforward, easy to use washing machine and a clothes line with plenty of pegs. Plenty of towels, nice bathrooms and plenty of hot water in good showers. This is a really central area with easy access to pretty much everywhere. We used the big Famila superstore, 10 minutes away, where you can, literally, get anything you need very reasonably priced. Also, if you can eat at FOODX, do it! It is lovely, with an amazing story behind it, the prettiest terrace around and Fantastic Food. Discover their pasticerria on Via Mesange as well. You won't be sorry! “Fully recommended, great location, great and accomodating host”

Fully recommended. Great communication with host, easy checking, good instructions to everything in the house. Some of the things that we really appreciated, that are not the standard in such objects: - fantastically equipped kitchen(s). Lots of pots, silverware, pans, cups, glasses, you name it. - Fantastic wifi - its fast and available in the whole location. - Cooking basics also available - Host went an extra mile and bought us beforehand a few items that we needed to get by before we can do out groceries (we arrived very late in the night with small children). - Great pool. beautiful garden with lots od place to relax - Beautiful house, combining modern and authentic older styles and buildings. - Very remote - super peaceful and quiet, no neighbours etc. - Location was great for us - close to a bigger city as well as easy to go to many other places of interests (by car of course) - Seamless check-in - clear instructions for self checkin and checkout.

The house is only a 5 minute drive away from San Vito. Shopping options are widely available and it is easy to go to beaches and neighbouring cities (Ostuni, Monopoli, etc.). Gianvito was an excellent host and extremely helpful. The house is well equipped for cooking, barbecue, etc. The pool and Jacuzzi are very clean and well-maintained. Comes with our hights recommendations for a trip to Puglia!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this very nice and clean villa located centrally in Puglia. It offers all the facilities you need for a relaxed holiday like the awesome swimming pool. The 2 separated apartments are perfect for 2 couple trips. The communication with the host is very easy.

Enjoyed the outdoor space and pool. Private and spacious for two families. All amenities provided, especially in the kitchen to cook if need be. Location was so close to the local town and a great base for travelling Puglia.

Kalorama Villa is an amazing and magic place. The host, Gianvito, is a wonderful and welcoming person. The Villa is super clean and offers more than you need on vacation. A very good local bottle of wine was waiting for us and also a breathless and super cozy villa with a huge swimming pool and heated jacuzzi. It has been an amazing experience and next time we will stay longer to enjoy all this magic! Highly recommended!
