“Perfect, very recommend”
Perfect place, near supermarket, with pools on the roof, private parking places under building and around building. Very good equipped apartment, friendly reception, I recommend.

“I would be happy to go back”
Nice, courteous staff. They allowed us to access the apartment as soon as we checked-in. Clean and well furnished apartment. We loved that there was a lavazza coffee machine. Located just 2 minutes walk from a big supermarket. Parking available inside the property. Walking distance to many public beaches and just 10 minutes drive to Lago Verde and 20 minutes to Golfo di Baratti. We were happy to stay in a quieter area instead of the being more central. We also enjoyed the swimming pools at the fourth floor.

“Comfortable apartment near the beach”
We had a ground floor apartment, which was very safe because of the blinds. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and the apartment itself was pretty big. The place is very close to a very good supermarket, The beach is only 800 meters away. The trains running nearby are not a problem in the night. The place has two roof swimming pools, which are great and a lot of free sunbeds on the roof.

“Not sure I’d return”
Rooms were large and apartment was spacious. Nice outdoor area as well even though we didn’t really use as weather wasn’t so great when we were there.

“Two weeks of family stay”
We prolonged our stay from one week to two weeks. Nice and kind staff. Our stay without the deposit. The garage for free.

Apartment nicely decorated, very clean, located on the first floor in the shade. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Location very good. Very close to the beach and supermarket. Peace and quiet. A surprise for us was the possibility of parking the car in the underground garage.We will remember our stay at Le Residenze di Santa Costanza - Le Dimore with great pleasure. It was our first stay in Italy. Everything was at a very good level! Thank you.

“Nice and Comfortable”
Spacious (were upgraded), good air conditioning, huge balcony, well equipped (missing dishwasher), free parking, proximity to the town and beach (~400m), great natural beaches a few kilometers away. Pool area was very clean and lots of plants around.

nice apartments, which are located very conveniently! next to a very good grocery store, good area with good free parking! walk to the sea 7 minutes! everything is close and convenient! big apartment with very nice balcony!
