“Abuse of rights - crazy level of discrimination. Attention !”
Warning: Arbitrary Discrimination and Contractual Bad Faith. My experience with "Be Casa San Sebastián de los Reyes" has been a textbook case of Abuse of Rights (Art. 7.2 CC) and unprofessional management under the Director, Sergio Ohlinger. After being misled for three weeks with promises of a long-term contract—while being forced to pay inflated daily rates—I was arbitrarily barred and blacklisted from the property. This retaliation was not based on any breach of rules, but on the Director’s personal prejudices and phobias, despite the complex being advertised as "Pet-Friendly." The management even resorted to an instrumental, false police call to justify this discrimination, which the authorities dismissed immediately upon arrival. This property engages in illegal "blacklisting" and denies consumers their rights as a form of personal reprisal. This review is gonna stay until the moment the property is going to reinstate me in all of my rights to book it for future dates as long as I want and also provide me the opportunity to rent it long term as agreed previously.
