“A gorgeous tropical oasis with exceptional staff and fantastic food right in the heart of the city.”
The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make everything easy for us, even though we have no Spanish and communication wasn’t always simple. Doris was amazing and even organised a hair appointment for me at a wonderful salon. The hotel itself is a beautiful little oasis, like a resort in Bali, tucked into the middle of a noisy, busy city. The food was excellent, we had dinner there one night and breakfast was unbelievable. PS one of the best showers of our entire trip !!!

“Great short stay, highly recommend!”
Great hotel that exceeded our expectations. The rooms were large, especially the bathroom and the hotel had a nice zen vibe about it with all the trees. The morning breakfast was fantastic!

“Great week in San Benito - Cinco Hotel”
The location is amazing and the hotel itself is super clean, cute and very safe. The food was delicious, (a little on the expensive side), but it was a great experience overall. The staff was very friendly, and although I didn't use it, the kitchen upstairs was a great touch if I wanted to cook something for myself.

“Charming hotel with fabulous outdoor area.”
I liked everything about this small, charming Hotel! It’s in a very good area with the Museum of Art a 10 min walk away. The historical area of the city is an easy uber ride away. Friendly staff, lovely tropical garden oasis for meals. Good choice of breakfasts. Hot and filtered cold water available at all times for making your own drinks.

“Excellent experience”
The breakfast was amazing, the day we have to depart early in the morning. The staff even packed some fruit and yogurt for us a night before. The location is convenient and safe and the atmosphere is so welcoming and make you feel like home. Highly recommended.
