“Enchanting”

Just a magical B&B, quite secluded, but in an otherworldly setting and with jaw-dropping scenery all around. Uxia is a lovely host, as her husband and her dad, who built most of the house (you'll be in awe if you appreciate wood carving). We availed of dinner and food was gorgeous too, and in copious amounts, which we much needed after the 6-hour walk up the Tres Bispos! Just be aware that you'll need a car to reach the B&B, and the closest village is around 20 minute drive away. Some very friendly cats and dogs live on the grounds of the property, but they are kept away from the rooms. Rooms are in spotless conditions.

The house is like a museum but has all necessary facilities. It is family owned. The hosts are great, friendly and welcoming. We had dinner in the house and my daughter commented that it was the best food ever.

Awesome authentic farmhouse in very rural surrounding. Perfect accomodation if you desire to be lodges in an old authentic farmhouse with a lot of history. Host Uxia is extremely helpful and kind. Home made wines available, great and healthy dinner was cooked by Uxia and was a very good meal. If you like your 5 start hotels, then this is not for you: if you like a real authentic experience in Asturian style, than you won't find anything better than this: simply exquisite

Stayed here before - What a great spot, Rafa and his family are fantastic. Their house is a marvel and so unique. Home cooked evening meal using local produce was superb. A million miles from mainstream accommodation. Simply brilliant

“Superb base for motorcycling couples or small groups.”

The location is amazing! It made a great base for exploring the mountains with a motorcycle and for walking. The roads in this region are amazing for motorcycles. Rafa and his family were so warm and welcoming, with Rafa pointing out the best places to visit in the area. The family cooked traditional foods that were delicious and plentiful, served in a beautiful setting. We loved sitting in the garden enjoying the mountain views and beautiful planting.

What a place in middle of nowhere, so unique with great owner and family. A cross between a 17th century coaching inn and a Game of Thrones set - you'll never find another a spot like this. a testament to Raphael, his wife and family. Home made evening meal and breakfast all made from local produce.
