My flight was arriving late - So I messaged them to order me a soup and put it in my room so I had something to eat when I arrived. Someone greeted me when I arrived and took me and my luggage to my room. My soup was on the counter waiting for me! So grateful!

“Convenient location for airport”
Very close to the airport (although traffic is terrible at rush hour) with safe parking. Everything you need for a quick stay before or after a flight.

“Very handy for airport”
I was a bit concerned because it said we needed yo pay in cash. We were late arriving and hadn’t found a cash point! Thankfully they took card no problem

“Great stay!”
We had a lovely stay—thank you so much to Melissa and to Claudia from the restaurant next door for all your help! The apartment was clean, secure, quiet, and very close to the airport, which was super convenient. We ended up needing to stay an extra night, and Claudia kindly made sure everything was sorted for us. Check-in and check-out were smooth and self-service, which made things really easy. We left the apartment just as we found it. Thank you again for a great stay in San José!

We were downgraded without compensation. As we were two couples travelling together, I had ordered two rooms and instead we were put in a smaller flat with one bedroom.

Great, secure location close to the airport. Good size apartment with two bedrooms. Great communication from the moment the booking was made and helpful in booking an early morning airport transfer. Would recommend.
