We stayed in a room on the top floor, which had its own terrace with a great view of the town and the Val d'Orcia countryside. 🏡 The evening and the morning were magical! 💫 The room is comfortable and furnished in an old style, very cozy. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are spacious. The B&B follows some sustainable principles, which we very much welcome. 🌱 There is free parking just 3 minutes away. 👥 The staff at the reception and the breakfast area is very friendly. The owners are also always available via WhatsApp. Breakfast is served in a tavern in the town, in a beautiful setting among the streets. Both sweet 🥐 (homemade jams, honey, chocolate spread, pastries) and savory options 🧀 (local salami, cheese, eggs) are available, ☕ excellent coffee - even with soy milk. You can feel that the place breathes the idea of a dispersed hotel. 🏙️ We were charmed by the location of the accommodation. It's an authentic, peaceful place where you can feel the warming atmosphere both in the streets and in the square, where locals gather. We will be happy to return and stay in this B&B again.

Location is perfect and it is so wonderful to see how the Genovese family are preserving the "natural" architectural value of their properties. It was like going back in time. Decoration was beautiful!

Our room was conveniently located and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, arranging for us to check in early with our rucksacks (walking the Via Francigena) so we could explore San Quirico more easily. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice including a delicious fresh fruit salad.

Mario at check-in was lovely, upgraded us for a great price (was open to negotiation!) To the main premium accommodation & room. “Relaxing place for walkers”
