“A comfortable stay”

It was a lovely one bedroom apartment in the centre of the old town. It had everything we needed and felt very homely. The old town is car free but we were able to get a 15 min pass to enter to drop off our luggage. We would definitely stay again.

Everything!! The apartment is in a great location, clean and beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows and the shower is fantastic, which is always good after a day walking!! There were breakfast things, tea, coffee and juice left out for us. Giancarla was an amazing host…communication was instant, she met us at the apartment and was such a big help to me as my foot had swollen during the days walk.

Stayed at two-bedroom unit on top floor. Well-furnished, clean, lovingly maintained. Every room had an aircon unit, including the living room and even the kitchen. Very well equipped kitchen. Good water pressure and hot. Excellent location, smack in historic Center, yet tucked away in quiet corner. Public parking easily available less than 400 meters away. Though breakfast is not provided, a generous tray of snacks and packet drinks were provided - very thoughtful.

“Lovely stay”

A charming stay in the centre of the town, the rooms had lots of character. We were travelling by bike so they also had a garage for us to store the bikes in and gave us the key to access them when we needed. The wine tasting was great fun and value!

Beautiful location and very close to many towns in Tuscany. The apartment was large and very well furnished. Kitchen was very good, and bedrooms good also.

These beautifully appointed apartments were perfect for our group walking the Via Francigena. The hostess was extremely helpful and made a great suggestion for dinner at the Trattoria Ossena

Gemma came to the property within minutes of my arrival later in the evening, very helpful and friendly with a great storage room for my bike just adjacent to the main entrance door. Gemma help me with my luggage and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. The apartment is very spacious with a high end finish, I would recommend without hesitation.

Very clean place , Amazing hospitality

Stuning location and beautiful apartment. Plenty places to eat nearby. The property owner kindly greeted us at the property , even though we arrived much later than the original scheduled check-in time.

Great cozy apartment, fully equipped and very well maintained, in the heart of the beautiful center of San Quirico. Host was super helpful, ordered us tables in two excellent local restaurants.

I also had the privilege to book a wine tasting tour, which was an unforgettable way to soak up the real Tuscan atmosphere. I can highly recommend this place and would gladly return for another stay.

Would come back in a heartbeat. Loved this little gem and the personal touches that made it special. These days it's rare to feel like you're a welcome visitor and not just a paying guest. Appreciate the selection of tea, coffee and breakfast treats that are included, as well as the booklet with personal recommendations. It's clear that Gemma has put a lot of thought into the property. We also liked that they had some of their local wines, and a few beers to purchase. We really enjoyed walking around this little town and think it's a great base for exploring Tuscany. The recommendations from Gemma are great. The apartment is really comfortable for a few nights stay, with a full kitchen, dining table and comfy lounge, plus 2 comfortable bedrooms. Hopefully we'll come back, and when we do, we'll stay longer and visit the winery.

Our host was awesome. The room was huge with a big sitting area. Beautifully furnished. Good location. Provided secure storage for our bikes. Highly recommend.
