“Great for a short stay in a quaint Tuscan town.”

The flat was spotless and has the perfect size for two people with a well kitchen/dining area equipped with a gas stove ( really handy to cook our own meals) , spacious bedroom and bathroom. On a clear day you have lovely views .The town where it is located is very charming and has a well stocked supermarket and plenty of small local shops.The location is great to easily reach other Tuscan towns by car. We didn't meet the host but was very helpful and responsive and provided a simple breakfast with industrial croissants, jams, nutella and coffee capsules.

I stayed here for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and gave great recommendations for places to visit and where to eat.

The instructions received were very detailed and easy to follow.

“This is a small gem!”

Only 5-10 minutes by foot from centre of town (uphill of course, so depends how energetic you feel!), and the town is relaxed and not overrun by tourists, with plenty of restaurant options. The apartment is compact but is well equipped. Good shower, comfortable bed. We worked out that some aircon with windows shut is a good way to prevent being woken by morning traffic! Thanks to Gianluca and Aurora for being excellent hosts

A nice place for family vacation or with friends. The breakfast and coffee machine are very good 👍

It was perfect for a week long stay with lots of space for two of us to feel at home. Comfortable couch, well equipped with plenty of bathroom necessities, brilliant shower, comfortable bedroom, very clean and everything worked well. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Rapid replies to any questions. We travelled to and from San Quirico by bus and despite being a little unsure if it would work, I can recommend the routes from Chiusi and on to Siena as very do-able. Pay on the buses with credit card throughout Tuscany. An ideal base for walking in the beautiful Val d'Orcia.

Great location and near to Montalcino. Has supermarket, bakery, nice restaurants. Staff was great. They informed us for a broken cable for the internet and they kept us updated until they fixed it. Spacious room with all the relevant equipments. Big fridge and quiet area.

The property was located in an excellent location in walking distance to the small town of San Quieico d’Orcia which is also lovely. The apartment contains everything you need for a comfortable stay and accommodated our family is 5. The hosts went above and beyond in sorting out a minor issue with the air conditioning. They were very prompt and professional at rectifying the matter. Great customer service.

“Delightful, clean and comfortable”

Great little hostel close to town centre. Met the landlady in the local shop and she gave us a free upgrade to the newly renovated rooms.

Bedroom in App. Verde was quiet, not looking on the street, we slept well. The host left us olive oil, vinegar, some dry bread, marmelade, cofee and tea, which was very nice, so we could make a good breakfast with eggs and make some salad, with no need to buy oul,sugar and salt. The location is near city center, which is lovely.

Very nice building, whole apartment. Check in was online, which we didn't know but very friendly owner explained all to us.

We didn’t plan our trip, it was just a escape tour from big city Florence. But Orcia valley plus hot spring kept us stay. the price is reasonable, the room is really clean and has well prepared for all equipments, bed stuff and necessary snacks.
