“A peaceful retreat in Valpolicella with warm hospitality, good beds and breakfast.”
This place is an absolute gem — a peaceful retreat tucked away in the heart of the vineyards. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, the atmosphere is quiet, and we slept like children. The property is modern and well-maintained, with excellent air conditioning for hot summer days. We ended up staying longer than planned. With only two rooms available for rent, the experience feels intimate, serene, and exclusive. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was delightful. The entire property feels like a small oasis surrounded by vineyards, offering total relaxation. The owner, a passionate vineyard owner himself, gave us a fantastic personal tour of the estate. He also shared great recommendations for local restaurants and experiences, which we truly appreciated. This is the perfect base for exploring the Valpolicella region — full of delicious food, renowned wineries, and beautiful sights. They also offer electric bikes for rent, making it even easier to enjoy the surroundings at your own pace.

Our stay was fantastic. Carlo and Maristella are very accommodating and friendly hosts! The breakfast was excellent, the room comfortable, and the wine tasting and tour of the wine cellar were fantastic. Be sure to buy some wine!

we arrived very late around 1.30 am, and the lady welcomed us very kindly and escorted us to the room,everything was very nice, the yard, the pool, the house the breakfast was fresh and very good

“We will definitely come back!”
We spent 3 days with Carlo and his wife and they offered amazing hospitality and did everything to make us feel home. Breakfast was very good every morning and during the hot days it was perfect to relax at the pool. The B&B only has two rooms, which make it very quiet and pleasant. The location is suberb with short distances to the wineries and restaurants in Valpolicella. Carlo runs a winery with his family which is well worth of visit! Recommend hiring e-bikes for day or two and discover the area more.

“a perfect place for our 3 day stay near Verona”
we we're thrilled to have found Bure Alto in the most beautiful country side. Our room was simple/comfortable and very clean. Carlos and his wife were great and generous hosts. The garden and pool were just gorgeous and it was a perfect place to be and relax. The breakfast was lovely and perfect. There was always water in the fridge and the bonus is that Carlos has a vineyard and he offered to show us the cave where all the wine is stored and we bought some wine.

“A haven of hospitality and design”
This is a gem hidden in the Valpolicella region. Just 20 minutes from the lake and Verona, Bure Alto offers a splendid location with state-of-the-art architecture and interior, yet warm and welcoming. When the wrought iron gates open, you enter a spot of tranquility and hospitality. Carlo and his wife are perfect hosts, the breakfast is excellent, the beds a dream and the pool the cherry on the cake. We have enjoyed our stay every second … and we will be back!
