Room was upgraded to an amazing suite for free, that was quite impressive and much appreciated. Breakfast was very traditional but awesome flavors and organization to take food was great. Views at the room were outstanding.

Staff at time of checkin had little exsperience and could not accommodate us properly and could not comunícate with anyone else to help. Since the sold me room. I had to sleep in separate rooms from my 5 and 8 year old girls since the doble bed was no longer available even when I had a reservation.
