Beautiful spot on the lake and hammocks every where to sit and enjoy. Kitchen was basic but still great. They had drinking water to refill bottles there too. The room was very comfy and everything was very clean. Central location in San Pedro from Lancha Dock.

The view was amazing! I don't think you can get any closer to the water. The family is friendly and provides free water and use of the stove and fridge. The hammocks in front of the private rooms were a bonus to watch the sunset at night. It was at the end of the street so very quiet at night.

Lovely large room with an excellent shower.. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Lovely patio with views of the mountain. Really helpful hosts- the owner even gave me a lift downtown to a particular shop I wanted to go to. Lovely breakfast too. I was a sole traveler and dealt very safe and welcomed.

“Cheap stay right on Lake Atitlan!”
The location of this hotel was amazing - We actually stayed elsewhere for 2 nights and came back as we loved the location so much. Direct views over the lake for a very low cost. Owners were both lovely too.

The view from the room and on the terrace exceeded expectations- amazing views all across the lake with no obstructions! Hammocks and chairs outside rooms were so nice to sit and admire the view. Also the room was huge and there were 2 double beds for 2 of us. Although We might have been lucky as some people on the reviews say they get put in the rooms behind. Location was great, central but at the end of the street so far away from the chaos of the town

Perfect location away from the main noise, and the closest you can get to the lake. Amazing view of the lake from the hammock on my balcony. Very friendly and helpful family who runs the hotel. Good atmosphere and other guests seemed friendly. Very spacious and comfortable rooms.

“Great value for money for a beautiful view and quiet but central location.”
Great value for money for a nice little room, private bathroom and beautiful terrace with lake view and seating. Super close to everything but also really quiet at night. You can use the kitchen, the utensils and equipment are quite limited but you can make it work!
