The staff is excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The access to kitchen is a bonus woth early tours. They give you a snack pack if you can’t make it to the breakfast.

A lovely accommodation close to San Pedro's main street and just across from a grocery store. The host is lovely, always smiling and there to help.

The location is good, around 10mins to the city center. friendly staff, helped us booking a transfer to airport. The pool is very nice to refresh.

Lily was very welcoming and helpful. Prepared a snack for our early departure. Although we only returned here for the transport back to the airport, Lily invited us to wait inside in the shade and to use the toilet if we needed. Ì

Guillermo welcomed us to the property and was very helpful! Even with our limited Spanish he managed to communicate with us. He offered us a bagged breakfast on the days we went on early tours. He made our stay great! The pool was very nice. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is good. It was a very easy walk to the main street where all the restaurants etc are. There were also restaurants very close by, as well as grocery stores. We had a very good stay and would definitely recommend this property.

clean (recently refurbished), comfortable bed, good bed linen, good-sized wash basin & shower. Adequate size for one adult. Helpful staff: managed to communicate inspite of my poor Spanish & their poor English.

The location is great, just 5 minutes walking to the main road of San Pedro, where you can find all the agencies and restaurants. Bed is comfortable, batroom/shower is good. It's great to have a pool to cool off in after your tours. The host Sr. Guilhermo is such a lovely man, always ready to help, he gave us tips on very nice restaurants and which agencies to avoid. Breakfast is great, it had bread, ham, cheese, butter, jams, cereals, yogurts, juice, coffee, tea and also eggs available, but you have to cook them yourself. On the days we left for tours before breakfast Sr. Guilhermo left a bag of snacks at our door early in the morning.

Really loved the staff that was every time available for any issue . They give us important suggestions for tours and restaurants in Santiago . Thanks Andrea
