The house is located out of town, which makes it much better for night sky viewing. There are two bedrooms and the house is comfortable for four people.

The location is great for stargazing, far away from the village. ( You can see Jupiter and his 4 moons from the telescope that is provided!)The apartment is well equipped with comfy beds and spacious rooms.You have to be extra careful with water consuming since it is very rare at that part of the planet.The host is very helpful and lives next door. You absolutely need to rent a car from calama airport in order to stay at this apartment and live the glorious moments that Atacama desert is offering.

“Perfect place to stay in Atacama!”

The house was super comfortable and clean! Everything incide is in good condition and you can really feel your self like at home! Kitchen have everything for cook and enjoy the place. Paulo was super friendly and flexible and help us too much to make our trip perfect! In the house there is cute terrace with beautiful views to mountain's and volcano! Also house have there own telescope and we see sky full of stars by our own! House is far enough from the city to enjoy the silence and the the stars! But its only 10-15 minutes drive to city center. Beds was perfect especially after long days and house was not cold even in the morning! Just check the photos to understand how good is the place

“A hidden gem”

Casa Campanario is spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area and watching the sun set and stars emerge. Paolo was very helpful throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. We struggled to book tickets using our credit cards (you are unable to just turn up to the National reserves without a ticket) Paolo spent much time sorting this and we were grateful for his time and patience.
