“Wow - an exceptional stay at Victoria House.”
My partner and I had an incredible experience at Victoria House for my partners birthday. We received a room upgrade and perfect birthday room decoration on arrival. The spa is great, and we really enjoyed the excursions of the sunset cruise and the two stop snorkelling tour, which was a proper tour rather than being left alone in the water! We also had an incredible private dinner set up on the palapa over the water. The best part of our stay though, was how attentive and kind the staff are. They seemed to really care about everyone in the resort. What an amazing place.

“Excellent service, fun and Sun always!”
Breakfast could include eggs for the continental. Otherwise the options were fantastic there. We loved our stay in the casitas and it doesn’t look like there is ever a bad view. We’re in love with this place and would come back.

Our casita was lovely and well appointed. Great pools. Good selection of activities. Generally good food and drink options. Food and drink quality was excellent. Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful and wildlife-filled grounds.

The place was lovely, there are a lot of return guests speaks volumes about the hotel. The beach was beautiful and the pools were great to lay beside. Loved the addition of a separate bar to give you options instead of just one restaurant. The gym was well equipped too, as hotel gyms go.

“Magical Stay”
The hotel is amazing, the 2 pools are so beautiful with 2 different ambiances. Everything is so clean and well maintained. The staff is so nice, help-full and accommodates with everything you need. The food at the restaurant is delicious. We had an amazing stay! We'll definitely come back!

Breakfast was wonderful! We had a continental included with our room and the banana bread was unreal! Staff were so friendly and really went out of the way to chat to you and get to know you. The pool was lovely and we also have a great couples massage! Location is great and the cost of taxis to and from the ferry are included in your stay which is a lovely touch!

This place was fantastic! The staff could not have been nicer. We traveled with a 21 month old and they made everything so easy for us, supplying a pack n play and bringing her milk at meals. They helped us arrange safe childcare while we did some (incredible) diving. This was the perfect place to stay!

“Exquisite”
From the moment we got on the resort, we were catered to like royalties. Ocean front. White beach sand. Manicured landscape. Infinity pools. Engaging staff. And the food is awesomely delicious. This spot is worth every fraction of the 9.8 rating its got!
