“Our booking was cancelled”
We arrived at 6.30pm to find the villa all closed up. We rung to see where our person who was to let us in was. After 1/2 hour with might I add two very tired small children We were told our booking had been cancelled. So we were in Spain with no accommodation. Luckily we had family in Spain who we bunked down with for the night. We were offered alternative accommodation but it was 14 miles away which was unacceptable. We had chosen the villa due to location.
